Welcome to Our School!

Welcome to Parkes Christian School, formerly known as Central West Christian Community School. We are a non-denominational co-educational Christian School providing schooling from Kindergarten to Year 10. The school is located in a rural setting on the outskirts of Parkes, Central West NSW.

Parkes Christian School was founded in 1982 by Christian parents to assist them to bring their children up in a loving and caring environment. The School's Mission is "To provide a Christian school which both teaches and models Christian faith". Its motto is “Growing up into Christ – Reaching out to the world.”

Parkes Christian School is a ministry of the Community Baptist Church and is affiliated with Christian Schools Australia who are a support body for Christian Schools across Australia and into the Pacific Islands.

 Parkes Christian School is holding an Information Night for new prospective students on Thursday 7th June 2012 at 7pm here at the School Hall. Any students looking to start with us here at Parkes Christian School should join us for our Information session, tour and supper from 7pm to find out what we can do to help you and your child get a leg up in the world.
